Mama Dor’s Onion Bhaji blend is provided in a bag as the dry batter for your onion bhajis. The blend is made with gram flour, which is naturally gluten free, to give a wonderfully delicate nutty flavour.

These bhajis will need frying (shallow is fine) but what you’ll get are crispy & light bhajis, full of flavour and authenticity. No stodge here! 

All spice blends come with an easy to follow laminated recipe card. And each pack of Mama Dor’s Onion Bhaji blend will make between 30 -40 bhajis.
